About This Project
“Ulam: Film & Feast“ paired the sold-out San Diego premiere of Filipino food documentary ULAM: MAIN DISH with a 300-person kamayan-style feast, cooked up by 15 of San Diego’s brightest FilAm culinary talents. Filmmakers Allie Cuerdo, John Floresca, Rey Cuerdo, and film subject Nicole Ponseca (Maharlika, Jeepney) attended.
Presented by Pacific Arts Movement as a special presentation of the 2018 SDAFF Spring Showcase.
