Meet Chesiree

We are pleased to welcome Chesiree Moanamaliealoha Katter to the Pac Arts family! She’ll be joining our marketing team as a regular blogger and we’re excited to share her voice. Stay tuned for her latest blog post coming out Wednesday, February 26!

Chesiree Moanamaliealoha Katter is a writer based in San Diego, California. Her passion for travel and learning about other cultures comes from being born and raised on O’ahu, Hawai’i, also known as the mixing pot.

With roots extending from Hawai’i, Japan, and beyond, her passion lies with sharing the stories she hears along the way, shining the brightest light on those that are often unheard. Celebrating our unique backgrounds and finding ways to come together through sharing our stories is Chesiree’s reason for writing.

She is honored to join Pac Arts Movement after attending SDAFF for the last three years as an audience member, reporter, and lover of Asian film.
