Digital Marketing Intern

POSITION SUMMARY: Pacific Arts Movement is searching for a Digital Marketing Intern who will be responsible for assisting with various digital marketing efforts. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining practical experience in digital marketing while supporting our mission of promoting Asian and Pacific Islander arts and culture.

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will collaborate with our marketing team to execute digital campaigns, create engaging content for social media platforms, and analyze digital metrics. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic nonprofit environment and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that make a difference in our community.

• Identify opportunities for content creation and promotion
• Connect with community members and influencers
• Create effective and engaging graphics/multimedia
• Social media management
• Perform research and outreach
• Collect qualitative and quantitative data from marketing campaigns
• Create analytic reports
• Input and interpret survey data
• Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks

‍DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Our ideal candidate would possess the following skills and traits:

• Outstanding writing and editing skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Familiarity with web and social media publishers and platforms

DURATION AND COMMITMENT: This volunteer internship requires a commitment of 15–20 hours per week. While some activities may be conducted remotely, availability for in-person events in the San Diego, CA area, especially during the festival period, is preferred. Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate academic or personal commitments.
