The Pacific Arts Movement Creative Leaders Fellowship program will be offered twice during the calendar year to coincide with both major festival events (San Diego Asian Film Festival in November and Spring Showcase in April). The Fellowship emphasizes high-level professional development objectives like leadership skills, communication, team building, and collaboration through weekly sessions with our core staff. Each week’s discussion will be structured around storytelling as a means for communicating the mission and program goals of Pac Arts. These discussions will be roughly 3 hrs long and occur twice a week. Participants will receive a $250 stipend at the completion of the program.
